American Truck Nationals welcomes traders offering products and services relevant to American vehicles, trucks and the lifestyle surrounding them.
 

This includes truck parts and accessories, clothing, Americana, vehicle-related services and other relevant products.

 

Please note that food and drink traders are not accepted.  (this is due to the venue supplying all food & drink sales)

 
Trader pitches
 

We offer three standard trader pitch sizes, the pitch sizes below refer to 8m Depth & 10/20/30m Width
 

8m × 10m pitch - £30  Perfect for small traders with one van + your sale items/gazebo etc
 

8m × 20m pitch - £60  Suited to traders with one van and a trailer + your sale items/gazebos etc
 

8m × 30m pitch - £90  Suited to traders with a large display, perhaps multiple vehicles, trailers etc  

Please make sure you book the relevant size pitch to your requirements as changes on the day are not possible. 


What's included in your pitch?
 

Your trading vehicle, trailer, display and any camping setup must all fit within the pitch you have booked.
 

If you require additional space, please make sure you book a suitable pitch size.
 

Traders bringing a non-running vehicle for sale on a trailer will also need to ensure they have enough pitch space for both the trailer, tow vehicle and their trading setup.
 

If you're simply bringing a Truck to the show and it is for sale, you're welcome to display it on the show field alongside the other vehicles.


Arrival and setup
 

Traders are welcome to arrive and set up on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.

Friday arrivals are welcome from 12 noon onwards, with Saturday arrivals welcome throughout the day.

All traders attending on Sunday only must be on site by 8am.
 

The Saturday Pre-Show Hangout takes place from 11am and throughout the afternoon, so traders are welcome to arrive, get set up and enjoy the relaxed atmosphere before Sunday's main show.  There is also a Cruise Night which you are welcome to join in with.   

The pub will be open for food & drinks within its regular opening hours each day

If you're travelling a particularly long way you may prefer to arrive on Friday, just select the relevant option on the booking form, please note we do not offer Sunday Night Camping.

 

Camping
 

Camping is available for traders only and is intended for traders who are staying with their own trading setup.
 

Camping is charged at £20 per night per trader pitch (this is imposed by the field owner, we pay it on your behalf)

All camping vehicles, caravans, tents and trailers must fit within the trader pitch you have booked.
 

Camping does not provide additional pitch space and cannot be booked separately from a trader pitch.

There is no General or Exhibitor camping on site, this is reserved for Traders and Staff of the event only.

There is NO electric hookup available, however there is water on site.

Sunday camping is not available.
 

Electricity
 

There is no electrical hookup available for traders.
 

Please make sure you are able to operate independently if you require electricity for your trading setup.



Important booking information

 

PayPal is the only payment method accepted for trader bookings.
 

Submitting the Trader Booking Form is an application only and does not guarantee a booking.
 

All applications are subject to approval. Some trader types or requirements may require further information before a booking can be accepted, in these cases we will contact for more information.
 

Once your application has been approved, we will send a payment request via PayPal to the PayPal email address provided on your application.
 

Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.
 

Trader bookings are non-refundable.   

A £2.50 administration fee is added to each trader booking to help cover payment processing and administration costs.
 

PayPal will provide you with a payment receipt, and we will send a separate confirmation email once your payment has been received and your booking is confirmed.
